We have a very local and amazing community here at TurneRound that makes you feel like you belong.

And part of that comes with spending a little time with a coach before you start.

In this time, we answer any questions you may have, ask you a lot of questions, and give you a better rundown of the sessions. We will also go over a few movements to see how your body moves so as trainers we know how to get the most out of you.

Sessions typically last 30 or 45 minutes, based on your preference and goals.

Absolutely. Our trainers can create a rehab-focused program to aid your recovery while ensuring safety and effectiveness.

No, personal training is for everyone. We tailor your program to match your current fitness level and goals.

All our memberships come with free Open Gym or you can get an Open Gym-only membership.

These are only during specific times of the day as our scheduled sessions take up most the studio, but during these you can come and use the facility to work on whatever you like.

We carry a range of both TRUE PROTEIN and RAPID VEGAN for sale at RRP.

Members on a direct debit membership receive 10% off.
